ДEN 1 – Welcome to the seaside
- Check-in and personal meeting with the coach – presentation of the program, goals and individual approach
- Initial measurement and analysis – determination of body parameters by TANITA (fat, muscle, water, metabolic age).
- Lunch – a balanced meal, tailored to the training program.
- Group training with a coach – checking the level of endurance and technique.
- Spa and restoration – relaxing massage for body relaxation/50 min/
- Dinner – a light and nutritious dinner for full recovery.
DAY 2 – Strength, tone and inner energyя
- Pulse Revolution workout – a strength training morning session to build stability, tone and body control.
- Breakfast – a fresh and energizing start to the day with a sea view.
- An outdoor walk – a short run along the beach or along the eco trail of Sveti Vlas for deep breathing and recharging.
- Lunch – a balanced and protein-rich meal for optimal muscle recovery.
- Group strength training – a fun and motivating outdoor activity with a focus on teamwork and proper technique.
- Motivational lecture “How to keep fit and balanced in everyday life ” – practical tips for sustainable habits and mental resilience.
- Spa and massage – sports recovery massage followed by time to relax in the spa area
- Dinner – an evening menu to aid recovery and ensure restful sleep after an active day.
DAY 3 – Endurance, energy and sea recharge
- Breakfast – an energizing start to the day with light and fresh food that prepares the body for active movement.
- Outdoor cardio workout or interval session – focus on endurance, respiratory capacity and fueling with marine energy.
- Lunch – a light but nutritious meal to maintain vitality during the day.
- Afternoon workout – dynamic Pulse Revolution session to improve coordination and movement control.
- Spa rituals – relaxing therapies : aroma steam bath, Finnish sauna
- Dinner – soothing evening meal in a relaxed atmosphere with sea breeze and pleasant music.
DAY 4 – Balance, flexibility and inner harmony
- Yoga or Pilates session – exercises for balance, coordination and body control
- Breakfast – fresh and light start of the day.
- Lunch – a balanced meal with an emphasis on recovery.
- Workout “Challenge Yourself”- Challenges to everyone for the purpose of grit and strength
- Relaxing massage to restore the muscles and senses
- Dinner – evening menu with a focus on relaxation and inner balance.
DAY 5 – Results and motivation ahead
- Breakfast – prepares the body and mind for the last active day, in the company of the sea sunrise and a cup of aromatic coffee.
- Final workout and progress assessment – ending Pulse Revolution session and re-measurement with TANITA. Analysis of results and recommendations for continuation of the program after the stay.
- Lunch – nutritious and fresh meal for recovery after the final workout.
- Relax in the spa area – time to enjoy the warm mineral pools, aroma sauna or salt room – complete care for the senses and the spirit
- Dinner – a final dinner in a comfortable atmosphere, with a focus on relaxation, inner balance and celebrating your progress.
