What does All Inclusive include?

No - outside food and drinks are not allowed; no food is to be taken out of the restaurant.

What is Therme Fun & Sport Park?
An adventure park with rope courses, a free-jumping tower, trampoline, children's areas, eco-trail and mini-zoo. Access is free for guests.
Are there age restrictions in the park?
Yes - ropes courses from 8+ (120cm), more extreme for 140cm+, jump tower from 12+.
Do you have a kids club?
Yes - Happy Kids Club with animation, games and activities. Cots are free on request.

Small dogs up to 5 kg are allowed for a fee. Larger pets can be accommodated in the Grand Pets (special hotel for animals).

Smart casual in restaurants. Bathrobes are not allowed outside the spa.
Are there quiet hours?
Yeah - 11:00 to 7:00 and 2:00 to 4:00.
What is the smoking policy?
Prohibited in indoor areas and rooms; fine BGN 100. Smoking only in designated outdoor areas.
What happens in case of damage?
Guests are responsible; damages are charged at cost.
Can I invite guests to my room?
No - overnight stays of unregistered guests are not allowed.
