Our pet policy prohibits pets from the hotel’s restaurants, bars, spa and wellness areas.
Accommodations with a pet can only be made upon prior request when booking. The additional fee for the pet is 100 BGN per day. The pet should always be kept on a leash or in a suitable carrier.
Only dogs with a passport, over 8 months of age, weighing up to 5 kg and up to date with all required vaccinations are allowed.
Policies and Regulations
Dear guests, it is our desire that you have the best experience possible, in order to achieve this we have developed the following policies and recommendations which we kindly ask you to adhere to during your stay with us.
Check-in and Check-out
● Guests check-in only upon presentation of ID.
● Check-in is after 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00.
● Upon check-in, guests must pay the full amount for their stay. Payment can be made by debit or credit card on site. We only accept payments in Bulgarian lev (BGN)
● Late check-out /after 11:00 but no later than 17:00/ is available to guests for a fee of BGN 50.00 and subject to availability of rooms in the hotel.
● You can extend your stay in the hotel subject to availability. Payment for extra nights is according to the hotel tariff.
● When leaving the hotel, guests are required to close the exterior windows and doors of the rooms (suites).
● Guests are required to personally leave the keys at Reception upon check-out and wait for the room to be checked.
● If a customer cancels (refuses) a reservation, the deposit paid will not be refunded.
● If a guest does not check in at midnight, their reservation will be cancelled without notice.
● Upon check-in, you will receive a wristband according to your chosen package. Please do not remove this wristband while staying at the hotel, it guarantees you access to the hotel services.
Staying at the hotel
● Overnight stay at the hotel is not allowed for persons who are not registered. Persons are not allowed to stay in a room where they are not registered.
● Friends and guests can be welcomed in the hotel lobby and restaurant.
● Guests are not allowed to bring and use electric heating appliances and hookahs during their stay at the hotel.
● Hotel guests are not allowed to bring and use food and alcohol in the rooms during their stay.
● It is forbidden to have a party in the hotel rooms.
● It is forbidden to bring and store flammable, explosive and bulky items in the hotel building.
● Moving furniture and possessions in the hotel rooms and premises is not allowed.
● It is forbidden to remove any kind of property (towels, towels, pillows, utensils, dishes, etc.) from the rooms during the guests’ stay in the hotel.
● Hotel guests are materially (financially) responsible for damaged and lost hotel property.
● Hotel guests should keep quiet during night hours (after 23:00) and afternoon hours (from 14:00 to 16:00).
● Smoking is not allowed in the hotel rooms, in case of non-compliance with the prohibition a fine of 100.00lv is charged.
● It is forbidden to bring food in and out of the restaurant.
● It is forbidden to wear a bathrobe or swimsuit in restaurants.
● It is forbidden to use the gym by persons under 18 years of age.
Material damage caused shall be paid for at triple !
Personal belongings
● The hotel is not responsible for missing, lost or damaged personal belongings during your stay.
In case of violations of the internal order of the hotel, violation of the laws and legal order in the country, damage to the reputation and prestige of the hotel, the owner has the right to terminate the contract and the stay of the guests in the hotel.
