WEEK FIT ESCAPE PROGRAM:

ДEH 1 – Home and personal diagnostics

  • Check-in and personal meeting with the coach – presentation of the program, goals and individual approach
  • Initial measurement and analysis – determination of body indices (fat, muscle, water, metabolic age).
  • Lunch – a balanced meal, tailored to the training program.
  • Group training with a coach – checking the level of endurance and technique.
  • Spa and restoration – relaxing massage for body relaxation/50 min/
  • Dinner – a light and nutritious dinner for full recovery.

DAY 2 – Strength and stability

  • Pulse Revolution workout – strength session to build stability and tone.
  • Breakfast – energizing before the active day
  • Ritual Floating – deep relaxation and tension release
  • Lunch – protein-rich meal for muscle recovery.
  • Group strength training
  • Lecture – nutrition in relation to our goal, intake of supplements suitable for the goals of the program
  • Spa and massage – sports recovery massage and time to relax and unwind after exertion.
  • Dinner – an evening menu to aid muscle recovery and quality sleep.

DAY 3 – Endurance and Energy

  • Breakfast – refueling before the active day.
  • Outdoor cardio workout or interval session – focus on endurance and breathing capacity.
  • Lunch – a light but satisfying meal to maintain energy.
  • Afternoon walk – eco trail visit, horse riding
  • Spa rituals – honey sauna, Cleopatra ritual/ face mask with powerful spirulina or healing clay/
  • Dinner – a relaxing meal in a relaxed atmosphere.

DAY 4 – Balance and flexibility

  • Yoga or Pilates session – exercises for balance, coordination and body control / optional Flowing ritual

  • Final training and progress evaluation – re-measurement with TANITA and analysis of results.
  • Lunch – a full meal for recovery after the final workout.
  • Relax in the spa area
